Imana Ride Wild-Tor of Legends
It was an unbelievable experience with amazing people. Do you know the feeling that you have after an amazing summer camp? Or an amazing holiday? The feeling when you get home and you just don’t know what to do, because the holiday or the camp just made way much more sense than your real life??? So the Tor of Legends was so good I didn’t know what to do for a week.

The rides were beautiful; the beaches are clean and so calm. I have never ridden on beach sand… I thought it was impossible… but it was real and fun… not all the time though. He he

When Max told me that we were going to do Iamna, I said ok whatever. I thought it was going to be an easy and boring ride with people I don’t really know… and it turned out the hardest ride ever with awesome people. I even convinced my friend Darlene to come with us… he he… I think it was a little too hard for her…it wasn’t easy to carry a 15 kg bike up a steep hill.

Anyway ImanaRide Wild Tour is an amazing ride to anybody who loves mountain biking and loves the beach. I had never seen so many dolphins and whales in my whole life… we don’t have too many of them in Hungary… hmmm

So after Imana I went to race the Michaelhouse MTB classic… he he.. you think it was easy after 4 days of long and hard riding?? NO I almost didn’t go, I was soooo tired. But I did go and I won the race. The first part of the 43km was only climb and climb… and grass and rain… and mud… and climb. In spite of everything it was a fun event. My friend Melanie would probably disagree with me… she crashed… but it is mountain biking… and she is already back in her bike, which is so awesome!

This weekend is the MTN 50 miler… it makes me so nervous. It is the biggest event for me this year, after my operation. I am going to race against the top ladies in the country. I don’t expect anything huge, since I am training hard and I didn’t take it easy in the last two weeks. I will be tired and it is 75 km… but you know what?.. I need to try myself.

Yip Imana was a tough ride but was awesome, so beautiful that part of the country..... So many people are jealous that I got the opportunity of riding the Imana... Thank goodness I wasn't racing it.
